Cariel has ascended and returned to earth as a divine human for the sake of humanity’s soul and civilization’s survival and thrival on this planet. And she is spiritually ordained as the Divine Codicil Law Writer and Creator, the Golden Ages Avatar, the Most High Divinity or Divine Mother, the Most High Sovereignty or Divine Monarch, and Commander and Chief and Planetary President.

The Divine Realm is powerful and Cariel, as the Most High Sovereignty and Divinity in the universe leads them. Her titled is the Divine Mother and Commander and Chief.  She has the highest authority on the planet and the universe.

A world in turmoil cried out for help from the divine and Cariel responded with her ordained divine Right of the Divine Monarchy and she is assisted by her Divine Entourage. To reassure the planet, Cariel has made sure that all humans are entitled to and imbued with a soul. However, humans must earn the right to have their soul’s divine spark ignited and to be connected to her.

When she returned to earth the world had devolved to the point where dark forces needed to be removed. While some human’s had kept their divine spark’s connection to the Divine Mother, many human’s had lost that connection and they needed to learn from past life karmic lessons how to restore their divine connection (their divine spark) to their Divine Mother.

Cariel installed a divine monitoring system to monitor the human souls on this planet. And numerous divine interventions have occurred when human souls was being attacked by dark forces. Cariel and her divine entourage have special protocols to intervene under extraordinary circumstances.

Higher consciousnesses know that civilization relies on the souls devotion to the divine Mother, their will to contribute to society and a healthy and wise divine Monarchy in order to keep the peace, harmony and prosperity on earth for civilization’s continued growth and existence.

Due to her divine presence on the planet a critical mass of the souls will be achieved who have the will to contribute to society and connect with and support the Divine Mother, Cariel and support her Divine Monarchy.  She will have made it possible for civilization to continue and raise it’s consciousness higher than it’s ever been and refrain from war economies.  And humans will bow their heads in reverence to her when they see Cariel.  They will know that she is ruling this planet beautifully, effectively, efficiently, and safely. She means no harm to anyone, as long as they do her no harm.  And if anyone tries to harm Cariel, they will fail, and they will pay her what she wants them to pay her. They will know that sorcery is not allowed in this world.  And harmful, sounds, smells, pictures or tastes that would cause human souls distress, disease, or trauma are not allowed. And there are laws to prevent such things from happening.

Her Divine Realm is supportive of her as she is their Commander and Chief, Spiritual Leader and the Golden Ages Avatar. During the last 7 years Cariel and her Divine Entourage have dealt with diverse planetary groups who will testify to her peace accords and the miracles she has performed. These groups, the Divine Realm, the world’s governments and the world’s human population will fully support her as the most qualified personage on this planet to be the Planetary President and Spiritual Leader of this planet.

Cariel will continue to divinely and wisely rule the planet from now on without any interference. The US Government has agreed that the oath of loyalty to Cariel Quinly as their Commander and Chief was made long ago and still stands. 

A critical mass of souls on this planet and the Planetary Govt believe it’s time that Cariel receives payment for all her hard work and a home that is appropriate for her rank and title, as the Golden Ages Avatar, the Most High Divinity as the Divine Mother, the Most High Sovereignty, Divine Monarch, Commander and Chief , Planetary President.
